Like millions of kids around the world, Santiago (Kuno Becker) harbours the dream of being a professional footballer. However, living in the Barrios section of Los Angeles, he thinks it is only that--a dream. Until, one day an extraordinary turn of events has him trying out for Premiership club Newcastle United.

In this film, Alan plays his own role as Newcastle United captain, the motion picture also features other footballing stars such as Patrick Kluivert, David Beckham, Kieron Dyer, Zinedine Zidane and Raul.

Gerry and Sewell dream of owning a season ticket to their beloved Newcastle Town Football Club, the only problem is that they are completely broke. To raise the cash they embark on a series of money making schemes, some legal, some not quite so legal...

Alan makes a short appearance in Purely Belter when Gerry and Sewell go to the NUFC training ground. They end up stealing Shearer's car only to make a startling discovery.
